Description
The cavern leach is a creature I modeled after the stirge, when I wanted an unknown underdark horror to visit upon my heroes.
Note: the feeding frenzy special ability is one I've used with the stirge, makes an interesting twist when the stirge feeding off the cleric suddenly explodes in a gout of blood, spattering gore all over the party.
Compatible with D20/3rd ed/3.5 rpg games.

Foshu Prompted me to take another look at these nasty little fleshy ticks, and when he said swarm, well, the gears started 'tick'ing.
So... Submitted for your approval: the new and improved cavern leach.

I assume you wanted to justify them being abberations somehow, but they appear to be very ordinary, if rather vicious, leeches. I'm not sure if the high movement speed and dexterity are warranted though.
I would like to see a leech swarm from another dimension after seeing this though, that ought to be rather frightening. <3
